Tracy Morgan was spotted walking around months after he was a victim of an accident that left him in critical condition.

The actor, 46, was seen using his walker for support as he headed to a barber shop with friends in Cresskill, N.J. on Sunday. In one photo, Morgan's friends appear very attentive as they watch him take his steps. (See the photos here.)
Morgan, who appears in Chris Rock's new film Top Five, was returning from a standup show at the Dover Downs Hotel & Casino in Delaware on June 7 when a Walmart truck hit into the limo bus that he and four friends were traveling in. The father of four had to undergo surgery for a fractured leg as he also suffered from broken ribs, nose and femur. He filed a lawsuit against Walmart a month later.

The accident killed fellow comedian James McNair, known as Jimmy Mack, and injured two others.
Morgan's attorney, Benedict Morelli, said it's unclear if the comedian will be "the Tracy Morgan he once was" while struggling to recover from a brain trauma he also suffered from the accident.
Rock had a similar update when he recently spoke about Morgan's condition on The Howard Stern Show.
"It's day-to-day," Rock, who visited Morgan at his home, said. "Day-to-day means you can be great for two weeks, and then like regress."
"It is sad, because he's one of the nicest guys you're ever going to meet," he added.
