On Monday, Paris' Grévin Museum opened its fashion section, and chose Delevingne, as well as Naomi Campbell, to be immortalised into wax figures for the exhibition. Unfortunately, the artwork has failed to impress.
"They’re definitely not up to Madame Tussauds' standards," Heat World, who called the figure "the worst," reported on Tuesday. "Comments on the artist’s efforts have varied. Some think it’s the funniest thing they’ve ever seen, us included, while others were critical of the details."
Male Model Slams Cara Delevingne As 'Too Bloated' For Victoria's Secret
Delevingne's wax statue has her blonde hair, which the actual model recently said goodbye to in lieu of a darker look, up in a high ponytail. On her frame is a black bustier and matching bottoms. On the statue's neck is a black choker, and on her feet are black pumps. Delevingne's lion tattoo is visible on her hand, but her more recent wasp tattoo on another finger appears to be missing from her statue.
According to Heat World, one Twitter user pointed out Delevingne's signature feature, her bold eyebrows, was missing from the artwork. Another claimed her fingers were oddly short.
The museum is also planning to immortalize Inès de la Fressange, Coco Rocha and Chantal Thomass.
