Someone in Michigan has a new set of lucky numbers: 6, 27, 46, 51, 46 and 21.

Those are the numbers that secured a still unnamed winner the $377 million jackpot in Wednesday's Powerball, the third largest prize in the competition's history. Once he or she comes forward, the winner could walk away with a lump sum as big as $241 million.

The ticket was sold at Sunoco gas station in Lapeer, Mich., about 45 miles north of Detroit, representatives for the Michigan Lottery said.

The Detroit Free Press spoke to a clerk at the Sunoco who said workers at the station are just as clueless about the winner's identity as the rest of the country.

"I have no idea yet," said clerk Peter Odish. "I have no idea. Believe me. I'm just a worker over here."

The Sunoco where the winner bought the ticket is slated to get a $50,000 bonus prize for making the winning sale.

After the win was announced, Lapeer's mayor Bill Sprague visited the gas station, which has quickly become a hive of activity, to pump some gas and revel in the good news.

"It's a great day," the mayor said.

The mystery multimillionaire isn't the only person who will profit from the record-setting jackpot. Eight tickets across the country matched five numbers to win a $1 million prize, and one ticket sold in Nebraska added Power Play to win $2 million.
