With Teen Mom fans on the edge of their seats, awaiting the birth of Lowell and Tyler Batierra's second daughter, the reality star shared an exciting message on Instagram, announcing the arrival of her "little girl." However, the little girl she was referring to wasn't her daughter.
"Our little girl has finally arrived!! #babyv," Lowell wrote on Friday, along with a photo of a puppy wrapped in a pink blanket.
Lowell announced she and Baltierra, who are currently filming season 5 of Teen Mom with Maci Bookout and Amber Portwood, were expecting their second child over the summer, just months after they spoke to In Touch Weekly, revealing they were ready for parenthood. In her Instagram announcement, Lowell shared the first photo of her baby bump. In the months since, she's continued to keep fans in the loop with her pregnancy.
"Tyler and I own our own home, have two cars and actually have money to support a kid,” Lowell explained to In Touch Weekly of their decision to welcome a child. “We have no doubt that raising a child will be hard. But I know we’re going to be really great parents.”
The day after her "baby announcement," Lowell shared a photo of her and Baltierra's Christmas tree, with the caption, "Sooo many presents and not even done yet ahhh hate wrapping."
Lowell and Baltierra's daughter is due in mid-January.
