Lil' Wayne Tattoos 2014: 'Tha Carter V' Rapper Adds New Face Art Amid Beef With Baby & Cash Money, Could It Be His Only Creative Outlet? [PHOTOS]
Lil' Wayne is known for being a creative. In his music, with his body and on stage, fans know to expect the unexpected from the Young Money head honcho. Over the weekend, new photos of the 32-year-old rap star surfaced from the popular tattoo artist, Spider, on Instagram. In it, Wayne sports two new face tattoos- one of Arabic text over his left eyebrow and another on his chin, which shows the Eye of Providence. As many of his fans have noticed, Wayne is feeling creatively stifled because of his deal with Cash Money Records. His newest art could be a way for him to express himself without any control.
Baby Reportedly Says Lil' Wayne Isn't Getting Out of His Contract Without Going to Court
His newest tattoos have meanings of their own. The Arabic text shown reportedly translates to "Mumma's Boy," while the Eye of Providence is known to represent the all-seeing eye of God watching over mankind.
As Wayne does his best to move on from his longtime mentorship with Cash Money Records, his tattoos seem to offer some sort of control in the midst of chaos. Since his Twitter rant revealed his true feelings about leaving Cash Money records, he has taken every chance he has to condemn his once unbreakable relationship with Brian "Baby" Williams.
