In an interview posted on Man Cave Daily, Selter opened up on how she loves helping people as well as something that people might find a bit surprising about her.

"I love teaching my friends," she said. "I learned on my own. I never had a trainer. People will look at me and be like, 'You're a gym rat- all you do is work out.' They think I'm a health freak. But what people don't understand is you can work out a lot, but you're still normal. I still eat, I still drink. Chocolate I will never give up. I eat according to how much I work out."
