Even though Justin Bieber claims he and Hailey Baldwin are not an item, new reports say he can't decide if he wants to be with her or ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

On Saturday, HollywoodLife reported that BIeber is so torn that he is "in a constant circle of doing the same thing over and over again."
Bieber is reportedly up-and-down as he tries to decide who he wants to be with. He is apparently going through periods where he doesn't care and is head-over-heels for Baldwin, and then begins to miss Gomez.
"He doesn't care one day and then freaks out the next. His current feelings are that he doesn't care about Selena. The times he is with Hailey he doesn't think of Selena. But the second Hailey isn't around then Selena is on his mind," a source said.
Allegedly, between wanting to be with Baldwin, and wanting to be with Gomez, Bieber asks other women out on dates to fill the void.
"He will start asking other girls on dates in between that then, he doesn't like to be left alone and always needs the reassurance of a girl. He is on a constant circle of doing the same thing over and over again," the source said.
Gomez is reportedly waiting for Bieber to make a grand gesture before the start of 2015, but who knows what will happen with Bieber constantly changing his mind.
