Sofia Vergara, Joe Manganiello: 'Modern Family' Actress Honors 'Love & Best Friend' During Hawaiian Birthday [PHOTOS]
In honor of Joe Manganiello's 38th birthday on Sunday, Sofia Vergara shared some loving words for the man in her life.
"Happy happy bday to my love and best friend to the one that makes me laugh like crazy! have a healthy wonderfull year babe!!!" she wrote as the caption along with a picture of the two.
The Modern Family actress, 42, also revealed that the two spent his birthday with a tropical vacation, by sharing a photo of dessert with the caption, "Hawaiian bday!!"

The couple first got together in May, roughly two months after Vergara announced her split from fiancé Nick Loeb, whom she had been dating since 2010.
Vergara and the Magic Mike star were first spotted having brunch together in July in New Orleans where she was filming her latest movie, Don't Mess With Texas, alongside Reese Witherspoon. The two reportedly met at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in May.
During an interview with Extra in August, Vergara was asked about a recent trip to Miami where the True Blood actor met her large family and she revealed that she's not thinking about the future.
"I'm just having a great time and it's like a special time in my life, but I'm trying not to think too much about it," she said about her beau. "It's something very new so we will see what happens."
