Teresa Giudice Kids: Reality Star 'Thrilled But Keeping Distance' As Oldest Daughter Gia Prepares To Star In New Reality Show [VIDEO]
Even though The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is slated to head to prison in just a few days, it has been revealed her oldest daughter Gia Giudice will be making her own splash on reality television.
An insider told E! News Monday that the show will document the lives of Gia and her two friends, who make up the girl group 3KT. They already started taping for the pilot weeks ago.
"So far, the footage is really fun. Once the pilot is completed, they'll start shopping it to the networks."

As for Teresa's involvement, it's not clear if she will be making any appearances on the highly anticipated series.
"Teresa's thrilled but is keeping her distance. She's not really interested in being in the spotlight right now. She wants the focus to be on Gia...All the girls' families are in it here and there. But it's not a show about the grownups; it's all about the girls. Everyone's very excited about it."
The ladies of 3KT are already starting to create a buzz and even performed Friday at the iPlay America event.
A source also told the site, "The 3KT show was great for them. Teresa, Joe and all her girls were there plus Joe's brother and his family. It gave everyone something happy and fun to focus on. It lifted their spirits."
But Gia might not be the only Giudice daughter seen showing off her singing skills.
"[Gia's younger sister] Miliana already wants to follow in her sister's footsteps and keeps asking when she can join girl group."
