On Friday, TMZ reported the Cash Money honcho's Miami association wants him gone.

The Ivy Condo Association has taken the situation to court to make this happen.

Lil Wayne Reportedly Ready To Take Feud With Birdman To Court

The site reported the association said Birdman has bounced many checks, racked up over $12.5K in unpaid fees and just want him removed.

The association filed a lien in November and asked the court to foreclose on the rap mogul right before Christmas.

The site further reported financial woes are just stacking up for Birdman, including a reported $1.9 million federal tax lien and a $1 million lien from a construction company.

In April of last year, TMZ reported Birdman took out a $5 million loan to remodel his Miami mansion that he bought in 2012 for $14.5 million. In October 2012, the site released photos of the rapper's new mega-mansion.

It appears as though Birdman's confrontation with Lil Wayne isn't all that big now, but maybe he needs Lil Wayne after all so money can be made so he could pay off his debts.

On Christmas, TMZ reported Lil Wayne was ready to take Birdman to court so his album, Tha Carter V, could be released.

Earlier in December though, the site reported that Birdman claimed Lil Wayne's album still had a lot of work left and that's why it is halted on releasing.

Lil Wayne's album will reportedly be released on Birdman's time.
