"Terminator 2" actor Edward Furlong said his wallet was returned to him after he reported it was stolen from Los Angeles' Skid Row area.

Last week, TMZ reported that Furlong, 35, flagged down a police officer in Skid Row, which is known for being one of Los Angeles' most suspicious and drug-infested areas, and told the cop that he had asked for directions from a man who then took the actor's wallet and ran.

TMZ caught up with Furlong again on Tuesday, Aug. 28, and not only was the actor wearing the same T-shirt he had on when he reported the theft a week before, but he also had some good news: the wallet was returned to him.

Furlong told the gossip site that at the time of the robbery, he was leaving a friend's art studio and didn't know where he was, which is why he asked for directions.

Furlong was considered a heartthrob in the 1990s, when he appeared in films like "Terminator 2: Judgment Day" and "American History X," and modeled for Calvin Klein. Since then, however, drug and alcohol addiction have rattled Furlong's health and public image. He also has not acted in years.

Yahoo! reported that since 2001, Furlong has been arrested three times for alcohol-related charges. The star admitted to using heroin, cocaine and alcohol.

He faced legal trouble last October when his ex-wife, Rachael Kneeland, accused him of owing $15,000 in unpaid child support for the couple's son, 5-year-old Ethan. Furlong told the judge he could not afford to pay the support.
