Linsey Godfrey Accident: ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Star Struck By Car In L.A., See How She’s Holding Up Following Tragic Event [PHOTO]
A freak accident has landed one of the stars of CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful in a Los Angeles hospital.
Linsey Godfrey, who portrays Caroline Spencer on the soap, was struck by a car while walking down an L.A. sidewalk on Monday, TMZ reports. The accident reportedly occurred around 2:30 p.m., when a car veered onto the sidewalk after getting into an accident with another vehicle, pinning Godfrey underneath it.
Godfrey was moved from the wreckage before emergency responders arrived at the scene by a citizen, but did suffer two broken legs as a result and was rushed into surgery.
However, she has since reportedly gotten out of surgery and is recovering, according to her boyfriend, former Young and the Restless star, Robert Adamson, who tweeted the news to friends and followers shortly after.

"She is going to be ok. Thank you. Already charming her Dr's and Nurses. She's been through worse than this and she'll be back on her feet before we all know it. She's the best girl and the best momma, and soon this will all be a distant memory," he wrote via Twit Longer.
Godfrey, a cancer survivor, and Adamson welcomed a baby girl, Aleda Seren, together back in June.
Adamson of course isn't the only one who has been keeping fans updated on Godfrey's condition on social media though, as several of her B&B co-stars have also taken to their Twitter accounts to send well-wishes her way, ask for prayers, and let fans know that she was going to be okay.
