Manchester United will know how difficult the task today will be, going to Anfield to beat Liverpool on their home ground in front of the Kop. However, so far this year Manchester Utd. have shown a winning habit - after losing their opening game to Everton, they have won every game, often even when they have not played at their best.

Sir Alex Ferguson will know that it is games like today that makes champions, especially when you see how close the English Premier League was last year - it went down to the final minute of the entire season for Manchester City to score and beat fierce rivals Manchester United into second place.
