Presidential Debate Time Tonight: Coverage Starts 8PM ET, Where to Watch Debate Schedule From 9PM ET
The Presidential Debate is taking place tonight and the scheduled time coverage starts at 8 p.m. ET. The actual debate will begin at 9 p.m. and all the action can be watched online here on Enstarz through the video below which will live stream the event beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
In addition to the live stream below all major TV networks will be televising the event. Viewers can tune into ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC as well as cable news channels C-SPAN, CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC.
Up to 80 million viewers will see President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney argue it out, with the topic of discussion in this first debate being domestic policy.
Tonight's debate will take place at the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado, and will be moderated by Jim Lehrer, host of NewsHour on PBS.
The debate's format will be composed of six 15-minute time segments each of which will focus on the following topics: Three segments on the Economy; Health Care; The Role of Government; and Governing.
The next two debates will be on October 16 and October 22.

October 3, 2012
Topic: Domestic policy
Air Time: 9:00-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Location: University of Denver in Denver, Colorado (Tickets)

Moderator: Jim Lehrer (Host of NewsHour on PBS)
October 16, Tuesday - 9:00-10:30 p.m. EDT
The debate will focus on domestic policy and be divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on topics to be selected by the moderator and announced several weeks before the debate.
The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a discussion of the topic.

Topic: Foreign and domestic policy
Air Time: 9:00-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Location: Centre College in Danville, Kentucky (Tickets)
Sponsor: Commission on Presidential Debates
Participants: Vice President Joe Biden and Congressman Paul Ryan
Moderator: Martha Raddatz (ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent)
The debate will cover both foreign and domestic topics and be divided into nine time segments of approximately 10 minutes each. The moderator will ask an opening question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a discussion of the question.

Topic: Town meeting format including foreign and domestic policy
Air Time: 9:00-10:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Location: Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York (Tickets)
Sponsor: Commission on Presidential Debates
Participants: President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney
Moderator: Candy Crowley (CNN Chief Political Correspondent)
The second presidential debate will take the form of a town meeting, in which citizens will ask questions of the candidates on foreign and domestic issues. Candidates each will have two minutes to respond, and an additional minute for the moderator to facilitate a discussion. The town meeting participants will be undecided voters selected by the Gallup Organization.
