Presidential Debate Drinking Game: Cool Games for Tonight's Debate, Watch Online Live Streaming Here
The first Presidential Debate takes place Wednesday night and will see approximately 80 million Americans tuning in to see President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney argue domestic policies. However, for thousands across the nation they will be looking to spice things up a bit and will be playing special Presidential Debate drinking games.
For one game the rules are very simple: Players have to pick a drink of choice and must drink every time a candidate says certain obvious or annoying phrases, which are agreed upon at the outset. Of course players should drink responsibly.
ColtureClub.com has suggested that Team Obama supporters drink every time the president mentions “the auto bailout,” “killing Osama Bin Laden,” “the 47 percent,” and “we’re better off than we were four years ago.”
Whereas if you are on Team Romney players must drink each time the Governor says “Ronald Reagan,” “champion for small business,” “I’m for the 100 percent,” and “we’re not better off than we were four years ago.”
Both sides have to drink if either candidate thanks the troops.
DebateDrinking.com suggests even more common drinking terms including “Bain,” “inherited,” “invest” and “Clinton” for Obama, and “unemployment,” “job creators,” “private sector” and “Reagan” for Romney.
The Oct. 3 debate between Obama and Romney will take place at the University of Denver and will be moderated by the veteran moderator Jim Lehrer. It’s one of three Presidential debates scheduled for this month, with one Vice-Presidential debate also scheduled for next week featuring Joe Biden and Paul Ryan.
