Monday night marks the final presidential debate of the 2012 election season, but real estate billionaire Donald Trump claims he has information that could rock the entire race.

Trump appeared on "Fox and Friends" on Monday morning to discuss some mysterious information — "something very, very big concerning the president of the United States," as he described it — which he plans to make public on Wednesday.

Trump kept tight-lipped about any specifics of what the announcement could entail, except that he plans to reveal the "large, bordering on gigantic" news via his Twitter account on Wednesday, and he added that it could "possibly" alter the presidential election.

"It's going to be very big. I know one thing - you will cover it in a very big fashion," Trump said to the Fox News hosts.

Michael Cohen, executive vice president of Trump's company and special counsel to the real estate mogul, also refused to explain Trump's tease any further, but he echoed the "Apprentice" host's promise that the information about the president will be monumental.

"I am not at liberty to disclose the nature of Mr. Trump's Wednesday announcement. Without question it will be big," Cohen said on Monday.

This is not Trump's first attack on President Barack Obama, who Trump has repeatedly called "the worst president ever." Trump has famously led a small but vocal movement that claims Obama is not an American citizen and ordered the president to reveal his birth certificate.

The claims eventually led to Obama calling Trump a "carnival barker" who takes focus away from real issues, but Obama did finally relent and release his birth certificate publicly. The president then remarked on the ordeal during his speech at the 2011 White House Correspondents' Dinner.

"Now, I know that he's taken some flak lately, but no one is happier, no one is prouder to put this birth certificate matter to rest than the Donald," Obama said during his speech at the event. "And that's because he can finally get back to focusing on the issues that matter -- like, did we fake the moon landing? What really happened in Roswell? And where are Biggie and Tupac?'"
