The Steam Summer Sale has begun, news that's both exciting and dangerous to PC gaming enthusiasts everywhere.

Street Fighter 5 Details And Trailer Released

PC gamers will be able to snatch up many great titles for cheap, but the plethora of deals will leave many spending more than they probably should on games they may never get around to. With such good offers changing every day, though, it's hard not to jump at every appealing offer!

The sale will run from June 11 to June 21, with new games discounted every day. Flash sales on specific games will also change every 12 hours, offering a constant rotation of great deals. The Summer Sale is gaming overload for many, and a great way to grab titles you may have had to pass on earlier in the year (or years past) for cheap. It's not the only promotional sale Valve runs during the year, but it's definitely the biggest.

3DS Sales Pass 15 Million Units In The U.S.

You can access the deals through your downloadable Steam client, or through the service's website. The first sales include discounts on Grand Theft Auto V, XCOM, Tales from the Borderlands, Sniper Elite, Homeworld Remastered Collection, Metro Redux, and many more. The flash deals for now include Papers, Please, Mirror's Edge, Black Mesa, FEZ, and others.

Check back every 12 hours--or at least once a day--for the new deals. Steam is also running a Monster Summer Game you can participate in to create new discounts (details for that here).
