These ladies better watch their backs, because it seems like Bethenny Frankel has her claws out for just about everyone. Following reports that Frankel allegedly wants Kristen Taekman fired from the Real Housewives of New York, there's another rumor that says she wants Heather Thompson out the door, too.

According to Naughty But Nice Rob on Monday, Frankel is giving the show's producers an ultimatum by supposedly saying that she won't return to the show if Taekman and Thompson return next season.

"Bethenny is telling producers that she won't return if these ladies do," a source told the site. "She wants them off the show, and is used to getting her own way."

The insider added, "The new ladies don't know how to play the game. Bethenny will eat them alive. Remember this is a woman that got married and had a baby so she could get her own spin-off show. Those girls don't stand a chance against the TV QUEEN."

According to Page Six on Monday, Bravo producers are already considering giving Taekman the pink slip.

A source told the site, "Kristen will probably not be invited back to the show because she doesn't fit in and her story line is stale. It will be the nail in Kristen's coffin. Bethenny wants her off the show. She is now the anchor. Kristen is likely departing."
