Samsung recently posted a video on their YouTube page, which showcases its Galaxy S3 smartphone along with a Jelly Bean update. The clip came out as an update and was launched in the U.S. across select carriers revealing an immense improvement, courtesy of a software update.

The Galaxy S3 is equipped with ICS, but Jelly Bean brings several new features to the Samsung device that was released this past summer. One of the attributes is Project Butter and allows the handset to run both smoothly and at a quicker speed.

Samsung Mobile stated that both Jelly Bean and TouchWiz are accompanied with freestyle widgets that enable users to maximize the power of the operating system. When the respective widgets move and reposition automatically, they won't have to face any potential space constraints.

T-Mobile put out an update to Jelly Bean to their customers this week. Sprint's customers have had the update for a considerable amount of time already, while Verizon and AT&T are currently still without it.

Samsung has been boasting about its notification centre, which has shown a drastically improvement. At a glance, Galaxy S3 users are now able to see more information and view photos that come with messages on the notification screen, which has the option of being dragged down.

Google Now is another feature Samsung has incorporated into their smartphone. It's very similar what Siri is on iOS, but it doesn't talk to the user. The respective application makes information readily available by cards, which include travel details, sports scores, weather info amongst other important information. Google Now also works along with voice search.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 is a multi-touch, slate-format smartphone that runs on the Android operating system. Compared to its predecessor, the device possesses additional software upgrades, expanded hardware, and a redesigned physique.
