Charlie Sheen offered his former "Two and a Half Men" co-star Angus T. Jones a role in his FX show "Anger Management" following negative comments the 19-year-old made about the CBS sitcom, according to ABC News.

In a video interview for the Forerunner Christian Church, Jones called "Two and a Half Men" "filth" and encouraged viewers to stop watching the show. He even denounced his television character, Jake Harper, by name. Though he apologized for his comments on Tuesday - saying he has "the highest regard and respect" for the people whom he has worked with on the show - Sheen, 47, saw it as an opportunity to help a friend out and offer him a new job.

"My former nephew is welcome at the Goodson Anger Management home anytime," Sheen told ABC News, inviting Jones to have a role in his FX comedy series, in which he plays therapist Charles Goodson. "It is radically clear to me that the show ['Two and a Half Men'] is cursed. I dare anyone to spend 10 years in the laugh-track that is Churck Lorre's hive of oppression and not suffer some form of emotional tsunami

Sheen was killed-off of "Two and a Half Men" after his public rant against producers in 2011. He played the role of Jones' uncle.

"Two and a Half Men" is currently in its 10th season and stars Ashton Kutcher in the lead role.

In his interview with Forerunner Christian Church, posted on Youtube, Jones said the following to the public: "If you watch 'Two and a Half Men,' please stop watching it and filling your head with filth. People say it's just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you'll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch."
