Katt Williams slapped a Target employee on Nov. 25 after an alleged argument between the two, followed by the comedian driving away in an electric cart, according to recently released footage by TMZ.

The suveillance video, which has no audio, showed Williams, 39, approach a Target cashier in the Woodland, Calif., location, reportedly argue with him, and then slap the man in the face. From the looks of the footage, the target associate was not looking for a fight. Instead, he pulled out his cellphone and reportedly called the police, according to an eyewitness.

In another video, either taken from an onlooker's phone or video camera, the associate is shown on the phone and when Williams got tired of waiting, he got into an electric cart and drove away.

Police arrived at the scene but Williams was not arrested, according to TMZ. He later left the electric cart and the store and got on his three-wheeled motorcycle.

"We spoke to a rep for the Yolo County DA's office, who tells TMZ, the case is currently under review ... and charges have not yet been filed against the comedian. So far, no word from Target or Katt's people," TMZ reported.

The incident happened on the same day that Williams reportedly led the police on a car chase through Sacramento, Calif. Williams was spotted by a police officer from the California Highway Patrol driving a three-wheeled Can-Am motorcycle on a sidewalk near the state capitol building in Sacramento, officials said. This initiated a chase at speeds of up to 35 miles per hour, but police later called it off to "protect bystanders," according to Reuters.

CHP's capitol protection section said it plans to present an arrest case to the district attorney's office for possible prosecution.

Williams, a native of Ohio, has lived in Los Angeles in recent years and is well-known for his stand-up comedy tours. He is currently on tour, with upcoming performances in Texas, Indiana, Louisiana and two performances at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nev.
