MTV will air a special on Tuesday, Sept. 9 featuring their "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood. What makes the show so special: Portwood is being interviewed by "Celebrity Rehab" host Dr. Drew in a correctional facility. Dr. Drew chat with the reality star at the Rockville Correctional Facility in Indiana where the 22-year-old is serving time.
