Kim Kardashian is nearly six months in her pregnancy, and according to sources the reality tv actress is thinking about giving birth to her first born in Paris.

Reality star Kim Kardashian dealt with a pregnancy scare in Los Angeles Tuesday night after returning from visiting her man Kanye West in Paris. While her sister Khloe Kardashian told fans the tv star was doing fine, mom Kris Jenner is mad at West for neglecting Kim and staying in Paris.

Kanye West landed at no. 7 on MTV's "Hottest MCs in the Game VIII" list and was so disappointed with the ranking that he partly blamed his relationship on his pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian.
