While names like Jackie Chan and Hulk Hogan have been thrown out so far, it seems like these two actors, who were considered before, could be joining the fourth installment in the Expendables franchise.

While controversy swirled around the third effort in the Expendables franchise, not to mention the studio's decision to release a PG-13 cut of the film against Sylvester Stallone's wishes, it seems like that much crazier and action-packed version will still be making it into the hands of the fans of the franchise.

While no definite plans are set, it seems like both producers and stars of the franchise want to keep The Expendables going with a fourth movie and they have some ideas of who they want to join the gang. But could that include one star who is about to lead his own action movie?

With the controversy surrounding the latest Expendables movie, it seems like the rated-R version that many fans wanted could still see the light of day in the form of the director's cut from Patrick Hughes and Sylvester Stallone.
