It looks like Kate Middleton is having quite the beauty dilemma here—if you want to believe what the tabloids have to say, that is. A new report says the Duchess is increasingly worried about her looks as she is in "serious need of botox" even though she's supposedly expecting her third child.

According to OK! Magazine on Monday, the Duchess recently stepped out looking "worn and tired" while many eyewitnesses couldn't help but notice her "scary wrinkles."

The site even says that even though Kate was "all smiles," deep down "she's hurting" simply because she knows she won't be able to handle the stress that comes with taking care of three small children under the age of three.

And while many fans are worried about Kate and the pressure she's been under to keep up appearances, others think this is just another case of a media outlet bullying the Duchess online.

Some comments include, "She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. the person who write this needs to be very ashamed of themselves as they are obviously jealous," along with, "Oh, please! She's a lovely young woman. Leave her alone. It's getting kind of desperate when you look towards who has wrinkles to have something to say about someone."

Another fan wrote, "Whoever wrote this piece of garbage is shallow beyond belief. She is a beautiful woman and does not need Botox."
