'Days of Our Lives' (DOOL) Spoilers: Victor Faces A Life-Or-Death Situation [VIDEO]
His worst enemy has been wreaking havoc on his life, but Deimos's (Vincent Irizarry) plans for revenge on his brother Victor (John Aniston) are only just beginning on Days of Our Lives.
After Victor rejected Deimos when he claimed to be offering an olive branch and a truce, Deimos took action against him in the worst possible way—targeting Maggie (Suzanne Rogers). He switched the pills she takes for a medical condition with ones that poisoned her, causing her to start to have dizzy spells. After a new fainting incident at the town square, which caused Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Dario (Jordi Vilasuso) to escort her home, Maggie insisted she was fine and went with Victor to the party announcing Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Theresa's (Jen Lilley) engagement. When she bent down to pick up Theresa's ring from the floor, she did faint—but quickly came to and again insisted she was okay.
Then back at the mansion, as she started to climb the stairs to go to bed, Maggie had another spell, and went crashing down the stairs to the floor below. As he sat with his wife and awaited paramedics, Deimos showed up and revealed he had poisoned Maggie, and the only way he would give her the antidote that could save her life would be if Victor signed over everything he owns to his brother. Victor begrudgingly agreed, and Deimos injected the antidote into Maggie's arm.
However, at the hospital, Victor received the horrifying news that while she wouldn't die and the poison was working its way out of her system, the fall caused even more upsetting damage. Maggie broke her neck as she tumbled down the stairs and has lost the ability to move her legs as a result, and now Victor wants revenge.
However, the situation could still somehow get even worse, because despite getting his brother's wealth and home, Deimos still isn't ready to call it quits. He has been plotting revenge on Victor for 30 years while sitting in a prison cell, and his plans have only just begun.
Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
