Her absences from the office, especially during the Newman Oil Crisis, haven't gone unnoticed, and finally, Nick (Joshua Morrow) will learn just what has kept his CEO sister Victoria (Amelia Heinle) so preoccupied on The Young and the Restless.

Though he did help them out in their time of need by thinking quickly and getting Summer (Hunter King) out there to make a statement when Victoria went MIA, Nick is still questioning Luca's (Miles Gaston Villanueva) role in the company, and the fact that Victoria now feels he is trustworthy to keep around, despite his past. Convinced Luca has some sort of dirt he is holding over Victoria's head, Nick will begin looking into things, but after he continues being reassured that there is nothing for Luca to have against Victoria, he will be forced to temporarily abandon his investigation.

However, after Victoria disappears once again, Nick will see his opening, and will seek Luca out on his own to demand answers, and when he finds him at the pool, he will force Luca to finally share what it is he knows that makes him think he has any power at Newman.

"I want to know what's going on with my sister," Nick says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, June 8 episode.

Luca will then reveal what he's learned by having his private investigator tail Victoria, and will show Nick the pictures he's collected of her at Hank's Bar, with her new beau, Travis (Michael Roark), and he will explain that whenever Victoria has been missing, it has been because she has been with him. Armed with the new information, Nick will go to see if it's legitimate or not by seeking out the bar for himself.

Meanwhile, Victoria has returned to the bar despite Travis telling her he no longer wanted to see her around after he learned the truth about who she really was. And though she will admit she was wrong to lie about her identity and how wealthy she was, she will also tell him how she really feels, and convince him to give her a shot again with a slow dance. However, their reunion could be interrupted when Nick then shows up at the bar, and is ready to confront them both.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
