Everyone in Port Charles was under the impression that he was dead, but now, the truth about Nikolas (Nick Stabile) actually being alive will spread on General Hospital.

The truth that he had faked his death and fled came out after Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) was no longer able to hide the fact that he had been communicating with his father and confessed the truth to Laura (Genie Francis) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom). Now, as she tries to figure out her next move since she's pretty sure she knows why her son went to such drastic measures, she will first make sure to let her daughter, Lulu (Emme Rylan) know that her brother isn't dead, but will try to make sure she doesn't share the information with her husband, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna).

"Your brother is alive," she says in a preview clip for the Tuesday, July 12 episode.

Meanwhile, on Cassadine Island in Greece, where Nikolas is holed up with Ava (Maura West), Jason (Billy Miller) and Sam (Kelly Monaco), who tracked him there and plan to bring him back to Port Charles to prove Jason didn't murder him, the fact that he is there will also become known to the mysterious stranger who has suddenly shown up at the castle, claiming to be a fisherman named Theo (James Patrick Stuart)-but who has a tattoo of the Cassadine Family Crest on his arm.

Now, the man will overhear Sam telling Jason about the Cassadine family history and how it relates to Nikolas, and he will be shocked when he hears that Nikolas is on the island too.

"Prince Nikolas Cassadine is here?" He asks in the clip.

Meanwhile, in Helena's bedroom, there they are locked up, Ava is demanding answers from Nikolas about the sack of diamonds she got off of him, curious as to where they came from and why he is hiding them when he has claimed to be broke. However, Nikolas will refuse to tell her anything, trying to keep the secret for himself.

"Ava just let it go," he says in the clip.
