'General Hospital' (GH) Spoilers: Laura Questions Spencer's Odd Behaviors [VIDEO]
She has started to notice more strange behaviors in him that don't seem to add up, and now, Laura (Genie Francis) will demand answers about just what Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) is hiding in regards to his father's disappearance on General Hospital.
Since Nikolas (Nick Stabile) is presumed dead, Spencer's lack of upset that his father died has been alarming, and his actions when he claimed to be speaking to his father's voicemail to hear his voice, followed immediately after by his basking in attention by participating in and winning the hot dog eating contest only furthered her suspicions. Now, after Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) uncovered Spencer's secret second cell phone, she wants to know what he's been doing. However, Spencer will insist that she wouldn't be able to understand, and that he isn't hiding anything.
"Grandmother, you' can't handle the truth," he says to her in a preview clip for the Monday, July 11 episode.
What Laura doesn't know that Spencer does is that Nikolas is in fact alive and is on Cassadine Island with Ava (Maura West), as well as Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason (Billy Miller), who tracked him there. However, the situation is potentially becoming more grim for all of them following Nikolas being attacked in the wine cellar, and other suspicious happenings on the Island which suggest that the group isn't alone, something Sam has officially picked up on.
"There's someone else in the house," she says to Jason in the clip.
Meanwhile, since Ava and Nikolas are Sam and Jason's prisoners until the pair can get Nikolas back to Port Charles and prove Jason didn't kill him, she will be wondering if he has had any success or luck getting help from his underground network, but Nikolas will inform her that there's no one who can help him since everyone believes him to be dead.
"Nobody knows I'm here," he says in the clip.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
