She seemed to be getting better after Neville's (Michael E. Knight) second drug protocol, but quickly proved to otherwise be ill again, and now, as her condition continues to deteriorate at an alarming pace, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) will make a shocking accusation against the doctor on The Young and the Restless.

Neville wants to continue treating her in an attempt to try and get his drug to work for real, and permanently, but now, Hilary has decided she has had enough, and will not only tell Neville she no longer wants him to treat her, but that she genuinely believes he is trying to kill her. With that accusation, his treatment of her will wind up ending effective immediately-and without her, his attempt to get the drug to work, and then approved by the FDA for marketing, will come to an end.

Meanwhile, the news of her condition will spread when Jack (Peter Bergmann), who was enraged by her attempt to kiss him and seduce him and believed she had lied about being ill when he saw her test results were more positive, will make a move to have her removed from the board of the Foundation. However when he meets with Neil (Kristoff St. John) to make the plans, citing his disbelief that she actually lied about being ill and crossed the line by trying to kiss him, he will be stunned when Neil goes to defend her, and reveals that this time, she isn't lying about what's going on with her.

"Hilary is not pretending here," Neil says in a preview clip for the Friday, July 15 episode. "I just came from the hospital. She's not improving."

Jack will be stunned by the latest news, and will immediately end the plans to fire her as a result. He will then go to the hospital to see Hilary and see if there's any way he can help her, but Devon (Bryton James) will tell him to focus on his own relationship with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni)--which is currently strained-instead.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
