'General Hospital' (GH) Spoilers: The Situation On Cassadine Island Takes A Shocking Turn [VIDEO]
They had seemed to have kept the situation on Cassadine Island under their control and were ready to bring Nikolas (Nick Stabile) back to Port Charles to prove he was alive, but Jason (Billy Miller) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) have suddenly lost control of the situation on General Hospital.
Laura (Genie Francis), Lulu (Emme Rylan), Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) have also now arrived on the Island, and Dante assured Jason he would no longer face charges for Nikolas' presumed death, but the group's planned departure was halted when "Theo" (James Patrick Stuart), the "local fisherman" who had been seeking shelter from the storm. He stormed in with a gun and told everyone they were going nowhere, and has now turned his attentions to Jason and Sam.
As one of his henchmen handcuffs Jason to a chair, Theo will hold Sam hostage with the gun to her head, and will threaten Jason that he needs to learn to cooperate with him if he wants to protect Sam from danger.
"I want your full cooperation or Sam takes a bullet," he warns in a preview clip for the Monday, July 18 episode.
Meanwhile, in the other room, Laura, Lulu, Dante, Kevin, Nikolas and Ava (Maura West) are being held hostage as well, unaware of just who they're dealing with. And after his stint now where he clearly faked his death in Port Charles, suspicion over what is happening with Theo will fall immediately on Nikolas, as Dante will assume his brother-in-law has somehow cooked up a scheme with the mystery man, and knows who he is.
"Tell us who this guy is," Dante says to him in the clip.
However, Nikolas didn't seem to know Theo, or recognize him from the story Theo told him about their meeting in the past, and may genuinely not know who the man is. However, if anyone catches a glimpse of the Cassadine family crest tattoo on his arm, they could quickly determine that he is the man no one has seen in a long time-Valentin Cassadine.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
