Miley Cyrus, Adam Levine: 'The Voice' Coaches Are Feuding? [VIDEO]
The Voice season 11 doesn't premiere until next month, but already, there is reportedly tons of drama behind-the-scenes.
As the coaches, including returning cast members Blake Shelton and Adam Levine and new coaches Alicia Keys, film the audition scenes for the show, a source claims Levine and Cyrus are at war.
“Adam and Miley are at each other’s throats this season and Adam acts like he cannot stand her,” a source close to production revealed to Radar Online on Tuesday. “He does not talk to her when the cameras are not rolling, and seems like he really wants nothing to do with her.”
Although the source claims Levine has made a habit of feuding with new coaches in the past, they added that “this feud is different !”
“Miley showed up like she owned the place and Adam seems just really tired of her interjecting every single time he is speaking!” the source said.
As for Keys, she has reportedly taken the side of Levine.
“Alicia has taken Adam’s side in his stance against Miley,” said the source. “They have kind of made a pact to help each other out and side with each other to make sure that Team Miley does NOT win this season!”
Cyrus and Keys were brought to the show earlier this year following the exits of Christina Aguilera and Pharrell Williams.
The Voice season 11 premieres on September 19 at 8 p.m. on NBC.
