DC’s ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ Season 2 Episode 2 Spoilers: Legends travel back in time, Lance Henriksen talks about character
In DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 premiere episode, the group went back in time in order to try and stop a bomb attack in New York. It seems like the basis for the "Arrow" & "The Flash" crossover episode is about to begin.
In the recap by Movie News Guide, the group tries to stop an atomic bomb that detonated in New York City in 1942. In order to stop the bomb, they had to sacrifice the Wave Rider and Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill). As of writing, fans are uncertain if the character will be coming back to the show.
This caused for the Legends to be stuck in this time and their next mission is to ensure that World War II happens in order to unchanged the future. In the episode, it was also revealed that The Reverse Flash (Matt Letscher) kidnapped Albert Einstein and it could be because he also wants to find a way back home. It was also speculated that The Reverse Flash did it in order to prevent Barry Allen from becoming The Flash.
Meanwhile, Comic Book revealed that official synopsis for DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 2. In Episode 2, the Legends will find themselves surrounded by a group named Justice Society of America or also known as the JSA.
However, the Legends are determined to get into the group's mission and try to intercept a mysterious package. With that, Ray (Brandon Routh) will be focused on impressing the JSA but he will put himself and Vixen (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) in danger.
Lance Henriksen plays the role of Justice Society member Todd "Obsidian" Rice on DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2. It was revealed that he is the son of the original Green Lantern, Alan Scott. With that, many fans are wondering if how deep the show will tackle his character.
Talking to Comic Book, Henriksen said that, the show will show every bit of his character. This may include his troubled past and personal struggles.
DC's "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 2 titled "The Justice Society of America" will air on The CW on Oct. 20.
