‘Resident Evil 7: Biohazard’ DLC News: Second Expansion ‘Banned Footage Vol. 2’ Is Now Available On PlayStation 4
Many fans have been quite eager to get their hands on Capcom's second expansion for its critically acclaimed survival horror game, "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard," dubbed as "Banned Footage Vol. 2." Now, it seems like the wait is finally over as the second downloadable content is finally available for download.
The "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard - Banned Footage Vol. 2" expansion, which comes with two new tapes and a new game mode, is available on the PlayStation 4, according to GameSpot. Those who are on the platform can enjoy the timed exclusivity of the DLC that will end on Feb. 21 - other ports, specifically the Windows PC and Xbox One, will receive the expansion on that same date.
For the fans that are unfamiliar with the two new tapes in "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard - Banned Footage Vol. 2," the first one is going to be called "21" and the second is titled as "Daughters." The first tape will force players to "Gamble life and limb in a deadly game run by Lucas Baker," while the latter, however, will act as a prequel to the main storyline of the main game, Capcom wrote in its official announcement.
As for the new game mode, though, Capcom has noted in its post that this new feature, which is called "Jack's 55th Birthday," will act as a standalone mode. Players will have to race against the clock to feed Jack Baker, the father of the family, tons of food on his special day. Fans should keep in mind that this game mode is not connected to the narrative of the main game as well as offer support for PlayStation VR.
Meanwhile, the first expansion for "Resident Evil 7: Biohazard" is now set to come out on the same date mentioned above. Fans can buy the Vol. 1 expansion for the price of $9.99, while the "Banned Footage Vol. 2" is priced at $14.99.
