Gwen Stefani's Aunt Approves Of Blake Shelton Relationship
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's relationship has come as good as new to one particular family member of the No Doubt frontwoman.
As Stefani and Shelton enjoy their third year of dating, the singer has been sharing tons of special moments with her country singer boyfriend and her kids. Recently, she posted a cute video of her aunt speaking of her love for Shelton.
During the woman's 90th birthday, she advised Stefani to hang on to her fellow musician. Stefani shared a clip of her kind words.
"Don't get rid of that wonderful boyfriend of yours," she told her niece.
"Okay, I won't... I'll try not to," Stefani replied.
In the caption of the video on Instagram, Stefani tagged Shelton and included the hashtag "boyfriend."
Gwen And Blake On Spring Break In Oklahoma
Over the weekend, after flying from Los Angeles to Shelton's ranch in Oklahoma, Stefani began sharing numerous images of herself, Shelton, and her sons -- 11-year-old Kingston, 9-year-old Zuma, and 3-year-old Apollo -- enjoying the outdoors. Stefani also posted images of her niece Stella during her trip.
As fans have seen in recent years, Stefani and her children have gotten quite used to spending time in the country with Shelton despite their city roots. They've even taken up four-wheeling and once sported temporary tattoos that were identical to Shelton's barbed wire arm band.
Stefani shares her three sons with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, whom she split from in August 2015.
Not Married Despite Rumors
While Stefani and Shelton continue to face claims of potential marriages, pregnancies, and engagements, none of those reports have been proven true at this point. That said, the couple has made it fairly clear that they are completely happy with one another and enjoying spending time with her boys.
Stefani and Shelton have spoken publicly about their relationship on many occasions and appeared alongside one another on a few different seasons of NBC's The Voice, which is where they met. As some will remember, Stefani and Shelton began a romance while filming Season 9 of the show and continued to showcase their love for one another during Seasons 10 and 12.
