Blac Chyna Says Kylie Jenner Is Being Uncooperative With Her Lawsuit
Blac Chyna claims Kylie Jenner is no longer playing ball. The two ladies are involved in a long-running lawsuit, which has hit a stumbling block.
Kylie Jenner Refuses To Cooperate
According to Chyna, Jenner is playing a game with her that is unnecessarily complicating the ongoing dispute. The model and reality star filed legal documentation claiming one particular member of the extended KarJenner clan refused to sit down for a deposition in her suit against the famous family.
Chyna initially targeted the Kardashians family because as she sees it, they intentionally sabotaged her reality show, Rob & Chyna, with baby daddy Rob in conjunction with TV network E!
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Chyna claims that Jenner's team hasn't made her available. This makes it nearly impossible to prepare for their upcoming trial that is currently scheduled for Oct. 17.
Chyna also alleges that Jenner's team hasn't given them a single document as requested in preparation for the case. If the makeup mogul doesn't cooperate, Chyna's team will ask the judge to step in to ensure she does.
The two ladies have been embroiled in an ongoing battle for years ever since Jenner hooked up with Chyna's baby daddy, Tyga.
Things seemed to settle down somewhat when the former stripper had a baby with Rob Kardashian and Jenner subsequently broke things off with Tyga. However, the ensuing lawsuit seems to suggest otherwise.
Taking A Step Back
Jenner won't be pleased with this latest drama given that earlier this week, she took to Instagram to let her fans know she wouldn't be sharing any more photos of baby daughter Stormi Webster's face for the foreseeable future.
The 20-year-old mother of one stayed off social media throughout her pregnancy, emerging only in the wake of her daughter's birth on Feb. 1 to fill fans in on her journey.
Although the reality star and Kylie Cosmetics founder has been giving her fans a deeper look at her new life as a mother in the ensuing months, she announced that she would be keeping her daughter off social media. She has also deleted almost every pic of the little girl's face that was previously posted on Instagram.
According to various sources, Jenner is concerned about trolls writing nasty things about baby Stormi, as well as being afraid for her safety in general.
An insider advised that Jenner is stepping up security following terrifying threats of kidnapping made against her and her daughter.
"She hardly takes Stormi out in public but is now making sure that she's got protection at all times. It's been really upsetting for Kylie, because some of the comments are direct threats to kidnap her," the source stated.
Although it may seem that she's overreacting, it's worth remembering that Jenner's sister, Kim Kardashian West, was robbed at gunpoint just last year. Kim tearfully recounted the story on their hit reality show Keeping up with the Kardashians.
The KKW Beauty founder has been vocal about her paranoia and wanting to increase security in the wake of the traumatic event. Thus, it makes sense if Jenner follows suit as she fears the same thing might happen to her or Stormi.
