Queen Elizabeth II Privately Deals With Pain Ahead Most-Awaited Platinum Jubilee
Queen Elizabeth II faces more issues and problems ahead of her Platinum Jubilee that a royal insider assumed that everything "will soon take a toll."
When royal fans thought that the year 2021 became the "new annus horribilis," Queen Elizabeth II seemingly started dealing with years-worth of pain in the first two months of 2022.
Ahead of her highly-anticipated Platinum Jubilee, Her Majesty is facing a rough start in addition to her recent health issue. For what it's worth, she has been shaken with Prince Andrew's issue with Virginia Giuffre, a probe into Prince Charles' charity due to the cash-for-honors allegation, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's continuous attacks against the royal family members.
Because of these, a royal insider broke its silence and warned that everything is going to take a toll on Her Majesty.
"It's a drip-feed of negativity for the monarchy. I've not known such a tumultuous time as this. It just feels to be one thing after another for the Queen. It's going to take a toll," an insider told PEOPLE.
Queen Elizabeth II Deals More Painful Time After Losing Prince Philip?
Things seemingly got more out of hand when the Queen lost her most trusted companion, Prince Philip, when he died in April 2021.
A palace insider assumed that it must be hard for Queen Elizabeth II since she feels alone and lonely in the past months.
"There's a difference between being alone and being lonely. Whatever the symptoms, when you're feeling below par, having to deal with the other problems is really hard," a source said.
Despite that, Queen Elizabeth II - as usual - reportedly remains stoical and mentally strong as she deals with difficult times.

Physically speaking, she already let go of her favorite leisurely activities due to discomfort. For instance, she has not been riding her ponies in the past months.
Per historian Amanda Foreman, the Queen cannot be physically active in the past months, making everything especially hard. Still, she is said to be focused on celebrating her Platinum Jubilee while trying to think of the ways to get back in "fighting form again."
"She's very, very good at dealing with what life throws at her. She understands that she needs to project that positive image more than ever and go about her business," royal biographer Sally Bedell Smith said.
