Amber Heard's fake tears continue to make buzzes, and she reportedly failed to get people's sympathy despite trying hard to look emotional.

Weeks after Heard and Johnny Depp reached the finale of their defamation trial, a member of the jury appeared in a segment of "Good Morning America" and talked about how uncomfortable they were because of the "Aquaman" actress.

"She would answer one question, and she would be crying and then two seconds later she would turn ice cold... Some of us used the expression 'crocodile tears,'" the member of the jury said.

But long before the juror spoke up about Heard's fake tears, she had already got on people's nerves after showing the "performance of her life" throughout the trial.

Amber Heard's Fake Crying Dominates the Defamation Trial

Even after the case reached a verdict, Depp's fans still criticize Heard for being fake, especially in her recent "car crash" interview on the "TODAY" show.

On Reddit, the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor's supporters have long noted how Heard could yell and cry but produce no tears at all. One even claimed that she has an antisocial personality disorder - a mental health disorder in which a person shows no regard for right and wrong.

Even Depp's lawyer, Camille Vasquez, told the jury in the closing statements that Heard's sobs without tears were signs of the performance of her life.

"She spun a story of shocking, overwhelming, brutal abuse. She came into this courtroom prepared to give the performance of her life and she gave it. You saw it, Ms Heard sobbing without tears while spinning elaborate exaggerated fantastical accounts of abuse. It was a performance," the star lawyer said.

Amber Heard Needed To Cry as Part of "Strategy"

Heard would have purportedly won the public's sympathy if she was able to shed tears. However, a body language expert accused her of manufacturing her actions and statements in the courtroom.

Speaking with Australia's 7NEWS, body language expert Dr. Louise Mahler explained that the actress showed tension in her jaw. The expert also revealed that her hyperventilating moments were not authentic.

"Her high breath is trying to bring her to tears, and I have to say she doesn't achieve it. People who perform, if they do breathe high, they'll turn to crying after a while because it puts pressure on the throat," Mahler said.

The body language expert also pointed out that Heard's tissue use was "odd," and her usage of monotone voice sounded suspicious.
