Olivia Newton-John Dead: Chloe Lattanzi Says Her Mom 'Didn't Care About Fame' in Tearjerking Interview
Olivia Newton-John may have died a few months back but her legacy and advocacy will live on, thanks to her daughter Chloe Lattanzi.
According to E! Online, the 36-year-old daughter recently spoke to Australia's "Today Show" to discuss her mother's charitable works as well as giving fans a glimpse into her private life.
Lattanzi is currently continuing the legacy that her mother started, Olivia's Walk for Wellness, a 5K marathon that aims to raise money for the late actress' Cancer Wellness & Research Centre.
The singer/actress was moved as she didn't expect the number of people who supported her mom's advocacy; she also noted that it's beautiful to see many Australians gather together to raise money and awareness.
During the interview, Lattanzi was staying in California, but she noted that she was at the event "in spirit."
Speaking about how important the event was for her late mother, the actress said the marathon was "her heart" as Newton-John saw the benefits of "holistic treatments" back when she was battling cancer.
"She wanted people to have access to all of those things, and that's what we're really raising money for. The wellness center is and has been the most important thing to her," she added.

Chloe Lattanzi Emotional in Recent Interview
Later in the conversation, Lattanzi appeared to be visibly shaking and choked up as she apologizes to host, Richard Wilkins, for being emotional.
She then recalled how important kindness was for the "Grease" star, saying all her mom wanted to do was do good in the world.
Even though Newton-John was a successful actress, her daughter said she didn't care about fame as her mission was to help other people and animals.
On the other hand, the late actress' husband John Easterling announced that he was going to donate $300,000 to his wife's research centre on behalf of her estate. He also pledges to match up the first three donations worth $100,000 or more.
The world was shocked when Olivia Newton-John passed away in August at the age of 73. She died at her ranch in Southern California.
She died after a long battle with breast cancer. She was first diagnosed with the illness in 1992 and after 25 years in remission, it, unfortunately, spread to her lower back.
