The 47-year-old revealed that he experienced a psychological shift after getting engaged, leading to a downward spiral characterized by infidelity and erratic behavior.

The actor added, "I never got caught. I told her everything because I couldn't live with myself and get married and be married and have children with this sort of weight."
Hudson tied the knot with Bartlett, 51, in 2006. Together they have three children; Wilder, 16, Bodhi, 14, and Rio, 10. Despite acknowledging his infidelity, Hudson expressed that he doesn't harbor "many regrets" regarding his past actions.
"It was a choice that I made, whether it was a positive one or a negative one. I've made some horrible, horrible choices in my life just generally," the son of actress Goldie Hawn said during the podcast on Tuesday. "You would think I regret doing that, but I don't know who I would be if I didn't make that choice."
