Tom Brady Greets Gisele Bündchen A Happy Mother's Day; Praises Ex-Wife For Being 'Powerful'
Tom Brady did not forget to greet his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, on Mother's Day.
Brady took to Instagram on Sunday to greet his mom, siblings, ex Bridget Moynahan and Bündchen on Mother's Day. The former quarterback shared a series of photos of the "moms" in his life, rounding it with photos of his two exes with their kids.
"Happy Mother's Day to these kind, caring, compassionate and POWERFUL moms that I'm lucky to have in my life. None of this would be possible without your love," he captioned the post.
None of the women responded or interacted with the post, however.
Brady dated Moynahan between 2004 and 2006. The couple ended their relationship in December 2006, about the same time the actress became pregnant with their son, John Edward Thomas, now 16.
Shortly after his split with Moynahan, Brady started dating Bündchen. They married in 2009 and share two children: Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.
The 7-time Super Bowl champion's relationships became the target of jokes during his Netflix special, "Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady," which aired live on May 5.
"You [Brady] have seven rings -- well, eight now that Gisele gave hers back," Nikki Glaser fired during the live show.
A day after the Tom Brady roast show aired, Moynahan shared a post about loyalty on her Instagram account.
"Loyal people take s**t more personal because they never would've did that s**t to you," the photo read. She added the caption, "So true."
As for Bündchen, a source said the 43-year-old model was "deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family" on the show.
She is reportedly focusing on being able to "support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted."
