Kate Middleton has provided a significant update on her work and advocacies amid her current cancer treatment.

The Princess of Wales reaffirmed her commitment to her ongoing projects despite her recent cancer diagnosis by celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week.

In a post on the official Prince and Princess of Wales social media accounts, Middleton highlighted the mental health struggles that farmers face daily.

Farmers go through unique mental health challenges due to the isolation and pressures associated with their work, as detailed in the video.

"This #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek we've brought together the inspirational Sam Stables from We Are Farming Minds and the brilliant Farmer Will for a very special film," the post read.

The full video about mental health and farming is now available on YouTube.

It is the princess's first project since she confirmed her cancer diagnosis on March 22 through a video, GB News noted.

Middleton has been undergoing preventative chemotherapy following an abdominal surgery that revealed cancerous cells earlier this year. It was not revealed what type of cancer she's been receiving treatment for.

Amid her recovery, Prince William's wife has continued her involvement in mental health initiatives, particularly focusing on the mental well-being of farmers this time.

This project is part of a broader effort by Prince William and Middleton to destigmatize mental health issues and ensure that support is accessible to those in need.

In an April visit to the St Michael's Church of England High School in Rowley Regis, Sandwell, Prince William highlighted Middleton's dedication to mental health initiatives, noting that she would have attended recent events if not for her ongoing treatment, GEO TV noted.

Middleton has not been seen in public since March, when she was spotted on a trip to the Windsor Farm Shop with Prince William. The Princess of Wales has also not officially returned as a working royal amid her cancer battle.
