Busta Rhymes is busting a new look just weeks after revealing his stunning weight loss.

The Grammy-nominated rapper, real name Trevor George Smith Jr., shocked fans again after new photos of him circulated online showing what seems to be a protruding belly. This comes just weeks after he debuted a noticeably slimmer and fitter physique.

In snaps posted by rapper Fabolous on Instagram this week, Rhymes can be seen wearing a pair of colorful crocheted pants, a blue turtleneck sweater and a huge diamond-studded necklace. Most noticeable is his bulging stomach.

In another IG post shared on June 19, the Brooklyn rapper is seen with his doctors while he sang "You Are So Beautiful" to them -- his stomach protruding through his black shirt.

The dramatic change from fit to not-so fat left some fans confused and asking whether the 52-year-old artist's tummy was just a result of some beers or if he's off the Hollywood favorite diabetes-turned-weight loss drug, Ozempic.

"Busta belly is looking real 6monthish," one user commented on Fabolous' post.

"Didn't bust just lose all that weight?" another user asked.

One commenter also likened the "Bad Boy for Life" rapper to Homer Simpson.

More users shared their reactions to Busta Rhymes' fluctuating physique on 2cool2bl0g's post.

"Wasn't this n***a just skinny last week," one user commented.

Another user posted, "Ozempic got this n***a weight goin' crazy like the Nutty Professor."

One more user added, "Busta rhymes looks different every photo he takes."

While the rapper never admitted to using Ozempic to shed pounds, Atlanta Black Star pointed out that one possible side effect of "Ozempic withdrawal" is an increase in appetite after stopping the use of the drug. This could lead to overeating and sudden weight gain.

Rhymes, for his part, said in 2019 that his weight loss is the result of a lifestyle change and taking his health seriously.
