Kelly Bensimon called off her impending marriage to Scott Litner only days before they were set to wed, according to 'Us Weekly.'

Her representative informed the media outlet on Tuesday that Bensimon is currently taking time for herself before discussing the details of the breakup. Despite the split, she emphasized that her main focus remains on her children; Sea, 26, and Teddy, 24 — whom she shares with her ex-husband Gilles Bensimon.

"I've made the decision to prioritize my two daughters, and therefore, I won't be proceeding with this wedding," said Kelly, 56, in a statement to 'Page Six', where she also requested privacy.

Kelly and the 54-year-old financier had planned an intimate ceremony in Boston in Litner's mother's backyard. Additionally, they intended to host a larger event in the Hamptons.

The ex-Bravo personality had been actively organizing their wedding in Massachusetts, playfully telling 'PEOPLE' in December 2023, "When this first started I was like, 'I'm going to be so relaxed about this. I'm going to be like, the coolest bride ever.' But then I started doing it. At this point, I think I might just become a total bridezilla! I just think I could really wear those shoes well." 

The pair revealed their engagement in 2023 while on a 4th of July getaway to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
