Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have different feelings about their ongoing feud with the royal family, according to a source.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have a strained relationship with the members of the British monarchy after they quit their royal duties and moved to the United States in 2020. However, Prince Harry is reportedly willing to move on, but his wife still wants a "sit down" talk with the royals.

"Harry is more willing to move on, let's just say that. It's not a case of Meghan being difficult, she genuinely feels hurt and would like some kind of sit down to hash things through -- but that's not something the other side is willing to consider at this time," an unnamed source told Express.

In the Sussexes' interview with Oprah Winfrey, they shared several statements against the royal family, accusing the latter of cutting them off financially after they quit their royal duties and allegedly raising concerns about their then-unborn son's complexion. Prince Harry and Markle doubled down on their claims against his family in the Netflix docuseries "Harry & Meghan." Additionally, Prince Harry took the issue to another level in his memoir, "Spare."

"Harry and Meghan are expecting an apology and so are senior members of the Royal Family. It's got to the point now where both sides can't see where they've gone wrong and there's no meeting in the middle. It's a stalemate," the insider continued.

Markle skipped several events in the U.K. after he and Prince Harry decided to move to the United States. She wasn't present at King Charles' coronation and didn't join Prince Harry in May for a special service to mark the Invictus Games' 10th anniversary.

Prince Harry's biographer, Angela Levin, previously claimed that the actress was to blame for her husband's bitterness toward his family and country.

"He was a little bitter when I met him, but he's now full of it. I think Meghan is a lot to blame, and she's poured into him all the things that are terribly wrong and that she's made him really dislike his own family," Levin said.

"And his own country," GB News TV presenter Mark Doland quipped, to which Levin agreed.

However, there are rumors that Prince Harry and Markle might return to the U.K. He has been trying to reconnect with his family and is already getting "angry and frustrated" that they have continued to ignore him.

Meanwhile, Lizzie Cundy, a British socialite and TV personality, said if the Sussexes would relocate back to the U.K., it would mean that they had "lost all popularity in the States."
