'General Hospital's' Haley Pullos Sentenced For DUI And Wrong-Way Collision On Pasadena Freeway
Haley Pullos was sentenced to jail after a 2023 driving under the influence (DUI) charge during a wrong-way collison.
The 'General Hospital' actress served a 90-day jail term, which she began serving a year later.
Now, according to 'Entertainment Weekly,' Pullos is set to be released from jail.
The California native appeared in court on Monday to address her hit-and-run charge from the previous year.
Inside the courtroom, Pullos who had already begun serving 90 days in jail after turning herself in, was photographed in an orange jumpsuit, awaiting the judge's decision on her sentence and potential release.

Pullos' attorney, Dan Melnick, revealed that the actress will be released after serving three months, having been sentenced to probation, 90 days in county jail with time already served, a nine-month DUI program, a Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program, and ongoing private counseling, according to 'PEOPLE.'
In April 2023, Pullos was arrested following a wrong-way crash on a Los Angeles freeway, which caused injuries and property damage. She fled the scene but was later found to be under the influence, leading to a felony DUI charge.
The accident was severe, requiring the use of the jaws of life to rescue Pullos from her car. She was hospitalized, and Courteney Wilder, the other driver, also sustained significant injuries and was taken to the hospital.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office charged the 26-year-old with one felony count of DUI causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC causing injury, and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run resulting in property damage.
Pullos' representatives did not comment on the charges at the time, but she reportedly pleaded not guilty.
In January, Wilder filed a lawsuit seeking damages from Pullos, who denied all allegations and contested that any damages were not her responsibility. Pullos requested the case be dismissed and sought legal fees from Wilder.
Post-crash, Pullos entered rehabilitation and stepped back from her role as Molly Lansing-Davis on 'General Hospital.'
Melnick indicated that Pullos was expected to serve five years probation, complete 200 hours of community service, and pay $8,260 in restitution to Wilder. In April, he expressed gratitude to the court for the minimum sentence and acknowledgment of Pullos' remorse and progress in sobriety.
