Melania Trump Seemingly Addresses Rumor She Doesn't Want To Be First Lady Again
Donald Trump's wife Melania Trump appeared to debunk the rumors that she doesn't want to be first lady again as she stepped out in New York City Saturday.
Photos exclusively obtained by Page Six showed Melania leaving Trump Tower with luggage bearing a red tag that said, "FLOTUS."
A black clothing bag that Trump Tower staff carried for Melania also had "FLOTUS" printed on it.
The outlet identified the former model's expensive luggage collection as Louis Vuitton pieces: the $2,490 Sirius 55 Monogram Canvas, $2,210 Keepall 55 Monogram Canvas and $3,050 Cruiser Bag 45.
Melania was also photographed carrying a white Burberry Belt handbag with yellow handles and green detailing. The purse reportedly retails for nearly $4,000.
The former first lady was effortlessly chic in a white T-shirt, wide-legged green pants, gold sandals and oversized aviator sunglasses.
Melania reportedly left New York City for New Jersey Saturday.

Melania's "FLOTUS" tags and print appear to contradict longtime speculation about her feelings regarding Trump's reelection campaign.
Before Trump launched his third White House bid in November 2022, CNN reported that Melania told friends she was not interested in becoming first lady again.
"Being first lady again is not what she wants," an unnamed source close to Melania told the news outlet in 2021. "For her, it was a chapter -- and it's over, and that's that."
A second insider, who was also not named, told CNN that Melania had no plans to join her husband on the campaign trail again like other members of the Trump family.
"Instead it's going to be Lara (Trump, the wife of Trump's son, Eric) or (Kimberly) Guilfoyle (the girlfriend of Trump's eldest son, Don). They have that same urge Trump has to (run) again; Melania absolutely does not," the source said.
In May 2023, Melania gave a rare interview and told Fox News Digital that she supports Trump's reelection bid and plans to continue her initiatives focused on helping children if he wins the presidency again.
But though she made an appearance during his 2022 campaign launch and on the final night of the Republican National Convention last month, Melania has been largely absent from Trump's 2024 campaign.
Page Six, citing an anonymous Trump insider, recently reported that Melania will not be a full-time first lady if Trump wins.
The insider claimed that the former model plans to split her time between Washington, D.C., and New York City should her and Trump's only son Barron decide to attend New York University.
The source claimed to the outlet, "Melania has made a deal with her husband that if he wins the presidency she will not have to be on first lady duty 24/7."
