It looks like Phaedra Parks is standing by her man, Apollo Nida, as he faces serious fraud charges that could land him jail.

Despite rumors that the couple's marriage hit a snag after he was arrested on Jan. 25, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star doesn't look like she is going anywhere because of his legal woes.
After not being pictured together for months, the two were sitting side by side at the reality show's reunion special. While they weren't necessarily cozy on the couch, Nida did come out on the set to sit with his wife during a portion of the interview.
He kept his look casual with a fitted, white tee with a black and gold design on it and black pains paired with a gold necklace. Parks brought out her inner southern belle and donned a high bun, chandelier earrings and a blue laced, strapless dress.
The reunion special's host, Andy Cohen, did ask Nida about the current charges he is facing. While he kind of fidgeted, Parks looked directly at him the entire time. It's not clear if Nida actually spoke on Cohen's question as the clip cuts to another discussion.
Nida has stayed tight lipped about the federal charges he is facing including bank fraud and identity theft, but Parks recently spoke out and denied any involvement in fraudulent activity.
In a defamation lawsuit against a woman who has claimed that Parks was the ringleader behind a previous scam that ended with Nida in jail, Parks set out to clear her name.
An affidavit that Parks wrote reads, "I have never been arrested for a crime or charged with any crime. I have never been questioned by any law enforcement agency about any possible involvement in a crime. I have never been involved in any criminal schemes with Defendant Stanton or anyone else. I have never committed any crime other than routine traffic violations."
Nida is currently in talks of possibly reaching a plea deal. He has to decide if he wants to take a deal or go to trial by April 25.
