The issues between Chris Brown and Rihanna have resurfaced after she details the fateful night he assaulted her on her latest album. Now, her father is speaking out.

Bryan Norwood, the chief of the Virginia Police Department, who wrote a letter to a Los Angeles judge saying Brown completed the requested 202 days of community service, had reached a "mutual agreement" for his resignation with the the mayor of Richmond, Va. The surprise departure came less than a week after Brown attended a hearing to investigate the matter.
