One worker remained hospitalized on Saturday following an explosion at a nitrogen production plant in Donaldsville, Louisiana on Friday, June 14, that killed one worker and injured seven.CF Industries said one company employee is in a local hospital and in stable condition.Other injured workers, including CF Industries employees and employees of the company's contractors, were released after being treated, according to the company.

NOAA National Hurricane Center in Miami reports that Tropical Storm, Hurricane Isaac has picked up momentum with 70mph winds and is going more west as it travels through the Gulf of Mexico. Isaac will impact the northern US Gulf Coast the most with intense storm surges of 6 to12 feet in Southeast Louisiana and Mississippi. Louisiana can also expect as much as 18 inches of rain and possible tornadoes.
